Geek Session - Open Round Table is a simple concept: a debate about a subject with two sides, one in favour and one against between the MD3's team.
In March 2021, MD3 decided to challenge all company staff to do a 10 minutes workout. The goal was to make people move at least for 10 minutes a day.
MD3 completed 9 years of existence! Providing IT solutions in the national & international market, MD3 bets on outsourcing as its main core.

In May 2021, after a long period of confinement, we were able to throw a welcoming party to receive the new enforcement to the dev core team.
MD3 was awarded with the Gazela Company Award. This year, 119 companies from the central region were distinguished, 7 more than in 2019.
The business mindset has changed and never before has the productivity result been so closely associated with the happiness of teams.
There has been a lot of talk about replacing paper with digital. Sectors such as transport and logistics have bet on this change, for its benefits.
